Hyperproof is seeking a Director of Business Operations and Systems to optimize the revenue and business systems ecosystem across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, and Deal Desk. You will act as a strategic systems architect and RevOps partner, guiding the team and driving forecast accuracy.

You will bridge strategic and hands-on execution by architecting system flows, overseeing Nue CPQ, and leading day-to-day systems operations while mentoring two direct reports.

Qualifikationen

• Strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success for process optimization.
• Forecasting and revenue analytics including renewal tracking and churn analysis.
• Map pre- and post-sale journeys and create operational playbooks.

• Lead RevOps partnership and revenue strategy across GTM functions.
• Architect system flows and own Salesforce and Nue CPQ implementations.
• Mentor and manage a small team while reporting to the SVP - Operations.
