Job summary

Flywheel is seeking a Manager to lead a Commerce team focused on retail media search. You will own day-to-day search performance for a client portfolio, lead a small team, and drive partnerships through strong results and proactive recommendations.

You will bring hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and other networks, plus people leadership and direct client interaction. Expect collaboration with operations and content teams to deliver integrated results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in eCommerce or digital marketing, with hands-on retail media search experience.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• Experience managing or mentoring others, direct reports or team leads.
• Confident communicator able to present to clients and handle tough conversations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own retail search strategy and execution for your client portfolio, including campaign architecture and targeting.
• Connect search performance to retail fundamentals like content, ratings, pricing, promotions, and availability.
• Flag digital shelf issues that limit media results and take corrective action.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and lead regular performance reviews.
• Deliver against client KPIs such as ROAS, TACoS, incremental sales, and share of search.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and present a clear business case to leadership.
• Coach and develop a small team of specialists and review their work.
