Job summary

UDig is seeking a Growth Leader to drive revenue growth across retail and distribution. This is a relationship-driven, executive-level role where you open new enterprise logos through trusted networks and partnerships, framing deals around business outcomes rather than hours.

You’ll operate in a remote-friendly environment across most of the U.S., travel for client meetings, pitches, and events, and join a team that blends AI-enabled delivery with proven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Established relationships in retail, distribution, or retail-enabled industries.
• Proven success growing and sustaining enterprise accounts you’ve carried to multi-year, multi-million-dollar scale.
• Network-driven growth: referrals and trusted relationships generate new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Translate your network into net-new retail and distribution clients.
• Open new logos through relationships, referrals, and partnerships.
• Frame opportunities around business outcomes—speed, adoption, revenue, risk—and translate into scope with delivery leads.
• Represent UDig’s value in executive conversations and close the remaining gaps of platform needs.
• Expand relationships into new buying centers and larger problems.
• Maintain bookings targets and forecast with rigor.
• Engage CIOs/CTOs/EVPs on modernization and platform adoption.
