UDig is a technology consulting firm recognized for delivering high-impact solutions that help clients realize value from their investments. We are seeking a Client Services Lead to guide delivery, expand accounts, and be the trusted partner clients turn to first.

You will work beside delivery teams and client executives, guiding strategy, and ensuring outcomes align with client goals. This role blends tech insight with leadership to drive meaningful business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consulting, client services, or account management in tech
• Delivery management and client relationship growth
• Ability to influence executives and align across teams
• Experience supporting pre-sales, proposal development, and client pitches
• Expertise in account planning, financial forecasting, and revenue growth
• Bridging technical delivery and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Familiarity with agile environments and project tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Notion

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and serve as primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Drive delivery excellence with Delivery Managers and Technical Leads to keep projects on track.
• Grow client accounts by executing account plans and identifying opportunities.
• Promote strategic value by linking delivery outcomes to business goals and client value.
• Represent UDIG as a strategic advisor and relationship builder in conversations.
• Track client satisfaction and continuously raise the bar on delivery impact.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery leadership to drive Nashville growth.
