Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a Decision Scientist within the Analytics & Behavior Change Data Science team. You will deliver high-visibility analytic projects, drive profitability in Retail Pharmacy analytics, and build end-to-end data-driven solutions from data to dashboarded insights.

You’ll partner with stakeholders, apply AI methods, and present actionable insights to senior leaders, shaping strategic analytics initiatives across CVS Retail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years in SQL and Python.
• 3+ years in Power BI or Tableau with end-to-end deployments.
• 1+ years implementing AI-based analytics for BI use cases.
• Strong foundations in statistics and data science concepts.
• Experience with semantic and data models in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present insights-driven materials with recommendations for stakeholders.
• Serve as the main contact for stakeholders across projects to define needs and report status.
• Leverage AI tools to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define solution approaches.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to solve business problems.
• Use data visualizations to communicate results and support decisions.
