Job summary

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a Director of Resource Planning to design and execute the companywide ERP and workforce planning strategy for project delivery.

You will ensure the right people are matched to the right projects at the right time, balancing workload, availability, and development opportunities. You will partner with executives and operations leaders to forecast staffing needs, build project teams, and accelerate employee development through targeted assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, operations, workforce planning, resource management, or construction management.
• Experience supporting large, multi-site engineering, construction, manufacturing, or industrial organizations preferred.
• Demonstrated experience balancing workforce capacity with project demand.
• Experience developing workforce forecasts and resource allocation strategies.
• Experience with ERP, HRIS, or workforce planning software is preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise resource planning across all operating companies and business units.
• Match project staffing requirements with employee experience, technical expertise, certifications, availability, and career development goals.
• Develop staffing recommendations for current and future projects.
• Maintain a rolling forecast of workforce demand and capacity.
• Anticipate staffing shortages and recommend hiring, transfers, or contract resources.
• Monitor resource utilization across departments and locations.
