Qualifikationen

• Ability to complete required background clearances and TB screening.
• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals in residential or community settings.

Aufgaben

• Supervise, mentor, and support Direct Support Professionals.
• Develop, implement, and manage DSP schedules for staffing coverage.
• Coordinate staffing adjustments, overtime requests, and coverage needs.
• Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate DSP staff.
• Ensure ISP compliance and person-centered service delivery.
• Monitor documentation for billing and quality assurance.
