Victory Human Services seeks an Assistant Director of Residential Services to lead operations across DDS-licensed homes. You will partner with the Residential Services Director to ensure safe, person-centered supports and regulatory compliance for individuals with I/DD.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in I/DD residential services and 2–3 years of supervisory experience, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The role offers full-time employment and competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in residential or developmental disability services is required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Experience with DDS-funded programs is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential compliance and person-centered planning is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Support oversight of DDS-licensed residential programs with the Residential Services Director.
• Provide leadership guidance to Program Managers and residential staff.
• Ensure ISPs, person-centered services, and goals are implemented consistently.
• Assist in audits, licensing reviews, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and staff development across sites.
