Open Doors is seeking a Residential Director to supervise Residential Managers and serve as the admin contact for Family Home Providers. The role requires adherence to DDID regulations and strong liaison skills with families and agencies.

The director will ensure person-centered residential care, conduct regular house checks, and manage compliance binders and incident reporting. A supervisory background and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Applicant must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience supporting persons with DD and supervisory training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve discrepancies with sound judgment.
• Understanding of business terms and employment laws.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to navigate MWMA for incidents.
• Good teamwork and ability to handle unique situations.
• Strong planning, organizing, prioritizing.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Residential Managers and up to 10 staff.
• Build relationships with other SCL agencies.
• Act as primary contact for families when RM unavailable.
• Assist FHPs and RMs to deliver person-centered care.
• Request reassessment of residents when needs change.
• Conduct bimonthly home visits.
• Maintain RM binder and ensure compliance documents.
• Monitor incidents per KY regulations.
• Participate in On-Call Supervisor rotation.
• Complete annual evaluations for FHPs and RMs.
• Track LOC documentation; upload to electronic file.
• Address conflict resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.
