Job summary

Victory Human Services in Boston, MA, is seeking an Assistant Director of Residential Services to oversee DDS-licensed residential programs. You will provide operational and regulatory support to ensure safe, person-centered services and strong program quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 3–5 years in residential/IDD services, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience. Travel between sites and a valid MA driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support oversight of multiple DDS-licensed residential programs.
• Assist in ensuring person-centered services and ISP goals.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, residential staff, and clinical teams.
• Monitor compliance with DDS regulations and agency policies.
• Support staff onboarding, supervision, and development.
• Communicate with families, guardians, and external partners.
