BioMérieux seeks a Reimbursement Coding and Strategy Director to lead US coding strategy for in vitro diagnostic products. You will collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, HEOR, and global teams to ensure coding requirements are integrated into development and lifecycle plans.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare and 3+ years Medicare policy experience, with strong strategic and communication skills to influence governance and product teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare experience in clinical laboratory, pharmaceutical, and/or biotechnology industries.
• 3+ years of Medicare Policy experience with the U.S. healthcare policy and market access landscape.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of U.S. coding strategies for pipeline, launch, and on-market diagnostic products.
• Coordinate preparation of coding applications and evidence packages with cross-functional teams.
• Represent Market Access and coding strategy in U.S. go-to-market, pipeline, and lifecycle governance processes.
• Monitor coding publications and industry developments that may affect products.
