Job summary

DELFI Diagnostics seeks a dedicated Market Access & Reimbursement leader for the U.S. market. You will own the end-to-end access strategy, translate clinical and health-economic evidence into coding, coverage, and payment strategies, and work hands-on with CMS/Medicare and other payers.

This role is a hands-on, player-coach position with growth potential. You will build the function, set strategy, and engage with CMS, MACs, LCD/NCD processes, MolDX, and pricing pathways relevant to novel

Qualifications

• CMS/Medicare expertise required with proven track record securing coverage and payment.
• Ability to translate clinical/evidence into coding, coverage, and payment strategies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills to align multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute U.S. market access and reimbursement strategy across product lines.
• Develop and drive CMS/Medicare coverage pathways for payers including regional and VA.
• Build strategic reimbursement plans for launches, evaluating coding, coverage, and payment options.
• Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, and HE to align evidence with payer needs.
• Ensure compliant payer engagement and distinguish non-promotional exchanges from commercial activity.
• Identify health-economics evidence gaps and translate needs into study requirements.
• Engage payers, HTA bodies, and KOLs to shape coverage policy.
• Establish tools and processes for a scalable market access function and grow the team.
