IQVIA's MCRA, an IQVIA business, is seeking a Manager, Reimbursement Strategy, Payment & Policy to join the RHEMA team in Washington, DC. This role is client-facing and billable, focusing on coverage, coding, payment, policy, and market access for medical technologies.

You will lead reimbursement research, manage projects, budgets, and timelines, and coach junior staff while collaborating with IQVIA's Regulatory, Clinical, and other MedTech functions to deliver integrated solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health policy, economics, public health, life sciences, business, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, health policy, or medical technology.
• Experience managing client relationships, project budgets, and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead reimbursement research and consulting engagements on coverage, coding, payment, policy, and market access.
• Manage project plans, budgets, staffing, timelines, and client communications.
• Ensure quality and coherence of client deliverables; present findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop reimbursement strategies and recommendations with limited senior leadership input.
• Supervise and coach junior staff; provide training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate across IQVIA MedTech, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
