Sweetwater Care seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee regional operations for physical, occupational and speech therapy services. You will lead, mentor and align clinical teams to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective care across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities include advancing service line programs, budgeting, strategic planning and collaboration with clinical staff, physicians and administrators to meet patient outcomes and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of OT, SLP or PT with a Bachelor’s degree.
Currently licensed in OT, SLP or PT as applicable.
Minimum five years of clinical experience.
Two to three years of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

Oversee rehabilitation service operations within the assigned region.
Ensure service and operational excellence of all activities to meet patient outcomes.
Mentor and train Directors of Rehab to ensure quality across the region.
Provide adequate coverage of therapy services across facilities.
Plan, organize and direct operational activities and implement strategic initiatives.
Integrate the organization’s strategic plan with business operations.
Review quality and effectiveness of rehab services and programs.
Develop high quality, cost-effective clinical programs within areas of responsibility.
Develop and manage staffing plans and budgets; forecast revenues and expenses.
Collaborate with facilities, clinical staff leadership and affiliates for integrated care.
