Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee rehabilitation services across the region, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs. You will report to the VP of Rehabilitation Services and ensure cost-effective, high-quality care.

The role emphasizes leadership of Directors of Rehab, strategic planning, budgeting, and collaboration with facility teams to meet patient needs, physician expectations, and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in OT, SLP, or PT.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience.
• Minimum two to three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate Rehabilitation Services operations region-wide.
• Direct and mentor Directors of Rehab to ensure consistent quality.
• Plan and direct operational activities and budget for rehab service lines.
• Develop strategic plans forecasting revenues, expenses, and capital requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards across facilities.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and affiliates to integrate services.
• Lead efforts to improve patient satisfaction and service outcomes.
