Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Director-level rehabilitation services leader to oversee regional operations for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. The role directs day-to-day activities, ensures cost-effective, high-quality services, and aligns clinical programs with organizational goals.

The candidate will manage staffing, budget planning, and performance improvement initiatives, while mentoring Directors of Rehab across facilities to maintain consistency and excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy, with a Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree.
• Must be currently licensed in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy.
• Must have at least five (5) years of clinical experience.
• Must have at least two (3) years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes ultimate responsibility for rehabilitation service operations within assigned region.
• Responsible for service and operational excellence of all assigned activities to ensure the delivery of quality services and/or outcomes.
• Mentors and trains new Director of Rehab (DOR’s) to assure consistency of quality rehab services across the region.
• Responsible for providing adequate coverage of therapy services in all facilities in the region.
• Plans, organizes and directs operational activities of Rehabilitation Services; implements system-wide strategic initiatives.
