Job summary

LeoForce in Fort Worth, Texas seeks an experienced HR Director (Retail) to lead HR strategy and operations across multiple locations. This role partners with senior leadership and acts hands-on in employee relations, benefits, compliance and HRIS.

The position requires a strategic perspective with practical execution in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR with strong leadership, multi-state experience and ADP Workforce Now proficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Significant HR leadership and team-management experience.
• Broad HR background across employee relations, benefits, compliance, HR operations and talent management.
• ADP Workforce Now experience required, with administrator-level experience strongly preferred.
• Strong multi-state employment law and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to help lead HR strategy and operations across a geographically dispersed, multi-location organization.

This is a strategic but highly hands-on leadership position. The HR Director will partner with senior leadership while remaining close to the business and capable of stepping directly into employee relations, HR operations, benefits, compliance and HRIS matters when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and workforce planning across multiple locations
• Manage, mentor and develop the HR team
• Partner with operational leaders on employee relations and organizational needs
• Lead complex investigations and corrective actions
• Oversee benefits, leaves and workers' compensation

• Experience in retail, hospitality or another high-volume, customer-facing environment strongly preferred
• Experience supporting sales-driven or field-based workforces is a plus
