Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR leadership in multi-site environments.
Strong experience with employee relations, benefits, compliance and HR analytics.
Proven ability to translate business strategy into people strategies.
Experience overseeing HRIS, reporting, and mergers/growth activity.

Responsibilities
