Job summary

Ridglea Country Club is seeking a Talent & Development Specialist in Fort Worth, TX. This hands-on role focuses on high-volume recruiting, onboarding, and training to build a strong team across multiple departments.

The position reports to the Director of Human Resources and requires 3–5 years in HR-related roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and on-site engagement. Spanish bilingual skills are highly preferred and assets include coaching managers and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR, recruiting, or training roles.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• On-site presence and team engagement are essential.
• Ability to coach managers and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and identify top talent across departments.
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs.
• Support ongoing employee development and training initiatives.
• Coach managers and executives on hiring and team development.
• Improve new-hire experience and retention efforts.
• Maintain organized and efficient hiring and training processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
