Cobb County Government seeks a Real Estate Division Director to oversee the newly created division responsible for acquisition, leasing, and disposition of county real estate. You will ensure an accurate property inventory, maximize revenue from transactions, and maintain accountability and transparency in county real estate assets.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Public Administration, or related field.
• Five years of experience in real estate acquisition, management, disposition, appraisal or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, directs, and evaluates assigned staff and performance.
• Oversees acquisition, leasing and disposition of real estate.
• Manages lease negotiations for county offices and facilities.
• Prepares and implements goals, plans, and procedures for the Real Estate Division.
• Maintains inventory of county real estate and coordinates with finance on budgets and expenditures.
• Manages sales and lease agreements and interfaces with brokers, PAC, and County Attorney’s Office.
