Job summary

CLCB Search is seeking a Director of Asset and Facility Management to oversee County-owned real estate and the end-to-end lifecycle of government buildings and related assets. The role reports to the Deputy County Manager and directs planning, design, construction, operations, maintenance, and security of facilities.

The Director will lead the Asset and Facility Management Department, coordinating responsibilities across divisions and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of County-owned buildings and related assets, including planning, design, construction, operations, maintenance and security.
• Lead the Asset and Facility Management Department and coordinate responsibilities across divisions such as Real Estate Management, Design and Construction, Facilities Energy and Fleet Management, Security Services, and Business Management.
• Manage capital projects, utility usage, maintenance contracts, and energy management to ensure safe, sustainable, and compliant operations.
