Job summary

Qualifications
- Ten years of progressively responsible real estate or related program management experience.
- Five years of supervisory/leadership experience in public or private real estate.
- Knowledge of appraisal, leasing, contracts, title work, and closing processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership over real estate acquisition, disposition, and management programs.
- Direct compliance with laws and regulations governing real estate transactions.
- Oversee complex negotiations, purchases, sales, and leases; set acquisition/disposition strategies.
