Western Veterinary Partners in Denver seeks a senior real estate leader to guide a nationwide portfolio of 350 hospitals. You will shape strategy, oversee capital projects, site selection, facilities management, and lease administration while building a high-performance team in a fast-growth, multi-site environment.

Hybrid role requiring 3 days in-office weekly and occasional travel; de novo expansion and 5–10 openings annually are key growth levers. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• 20+ years in real estate or facilities leadership.
• Experience with site selection proposals and brokers.
• Experience managing lease portfolios, renewals, and disputes.
• Experience managing capital projects, budgeting, and GC/facilities teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Develop Real Estate function and build a team.
• Oversee $15-30M annual real estate growth projects.
• Lead site selection and corporate standards.
• Create centralized facilities management function.
• Manage lease portfolio and renewals.
