The role emphasizes leadership, people development and strategic business growth within veterinary medicine.

You will partner with doctors and hospital leaders to build strong teams, improve patient care, and expand the market presence while maintaining fiscal discipline and high service standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site healthcare or veterinary operations.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive performance.
• Proven ability to coach and develop hospital leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations across multiple veterinary hospitals
• Coach and develop Practice Managers and hospital leaders
• Partner with DVMs and clinical teams
• Drive financial and operational performance
• Support recruiting, retention and team development
• Oversee budgeting, HR, inventory, compliance and facilities
• Help launch and grow new veterinary hospitals
• Identify opportunities to strengthen practices and teams
