Headquartered in Denver, CO, we are driven by our values of integrity, collaboration, alignment, growth, support, and relationships. We are seeking candidates located in the Eastern United States open to a work schedule that includes heavy travel. He/she will play a key role in facilitating the Company’s growth and have the following specific responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of regional markets, including veterinary practices, market potential, and emerging trends.
  • Serve as a liaison with industry representatives, local veterinary medical associations and other professional organizations within the territory.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Associate team to create and implement market-specific plans to drive lead generation and meet acquisition targets.
  • Identify, monitor, and build a pipeline of partnership opportunities with veterinary practice owners in the assigned region.
  • Represent WVP at networking events and conferences to strengthen relationships and enhance visibility.
To Thrive In This Position Candidates Need To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a strong track record in financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring.
  • Proven success in sales or business development roles, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce expertise is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional follow-through skills and a competitive, self-motivated mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50–70% overnight, including some weekends).
  • Residency within one hour of a major airport or willingness to relocate to the assigned territory.
