Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee a portfolio of veterinary hospitals, traveling to sites in Northern California and Oregon. You will work closely with hospital leadership to improve culture, recruit and retain veterinarians and staff, and drive operational excellence across 8–12 practices.

The role requires strong general management, P&L oversight, and strategic acumen to scale a rapidly growing business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site operational management in healthcare services.
• Proven ability to manage 8-12 hospitals in a portfolio.
• Strong financial and analytical skills using Excel and Tableau.
• Willingness to travel 70% and reside in Northern CA or Oregon.
