Job summary

Panorama-Education is seeking a Vice President of Adoption & Services to lead nationwide client adoption, professional services, and AI-enabled delivery. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and finance to scale a high-impact services organization while maintaining executive-level client relationships.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets and staffing, and shape adoption playbooks across districts, states, and agencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in client success, account management, or professional services in education or SaaS.
• Experience owning and scaling large, complex service delivery operations at scale.
• Proven track record of driving measurable adoption or outcomes across diverse client bases.
• Experience engaging with C-suite or superintendent-level stakeholders.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily work and leading a team through AI adoption.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Revenue functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform adoption strategy for K-12 district clients and align with retention/expansion goals.
• Own professional services and implementation organization at national scale.
• Set budgets, headcount, and utilization targets for delivery.
• Build operating systems, dashboards, and health scoring for adoption outcomes.
• Engage directly with district leaders on strategic adoption conversations.
• Drive AI adoption across workflows and establish governance for responsible use.
