Panorama Education in the United States seeks a Vice President, Adoption & Services to lead a national professional services and implementation team, driving platform adoption for K-12 districts.

You will own the adoption strategy, engage with district leaders, and partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Finance to align services with growth and client outcomes while guiding a distributed team to measurable impact.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in client success, account management, or professional services.
• Experience scaling large service delivery operations with staffing, budgeting, and operational rigor at scale.
• Proven track record driving adoption, usage, or outcomes across a diverse client base.
• Experience operating at the senior leadership level with C-suite or superintendent stakeholders.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily work and leading teams through AI adoption.
• Strong cross-functional experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and revenue-adjacent functions.
• Familiarity with the K-12 education landscape is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the platform adoption strategy for all K-12 district clients, translating the North Star metric into team priorities.
• Lead the professional services and implementation organization end-to-end.
• Set and manage budget, headcount, and utilization targets for the delivery organization.
• Partner with Revenue, Finance, and Product on services development strategy, including pricing and margins.
• Establish clear service-delivery standards and SLAs, and hold the organization accountable.
• Engage directly with district superintendents and senior client stakeholders on strategic adoption conversations.
