Chromalloy is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance for Engine Component Repair Services (ECRS) to lead quality strategy and day-to-day leadership across repair locations. You will drive regulatory compliance, product integrity, and continuous improvement while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams.

The role requires coordinating with executive leadership to reduce risk, strengthen discipline, and support compliant growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive aerospace quality/maintenance/repair/overhaul/production leadership experience.
• At least 7 years of people-leadership experience, including multi-site quality leadership.
• Demonstrated experience with FAA Part 145 repair-station operations and aviation regulatory requirements.
• Proven success leading quality performance, audits, investigations, and corrective-action programs across multiple facilities.
• Strong executive communication, judgment under pressure, and willingness to stop work when safety or quality at risk.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deploy the ECRS segment quality strategy, priorities, and improvement roadmap across repair locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop site Quality Managers and teams.
• Report performance, risks, and recovery plans to executive leaders.
• Ensure FAA Part 145 and applicable aviation regulatory compliance across locations.
• Drive audit readiness, corrective actions, and prevention of repeat findings.
• Improve first-pass yield, process capability, and documentation discipline with Operations and Engineering.
• Drive governance, data standards, and QMS across ECRS locations.
• Build relationships with customers, regulators, and certification bodies.
