Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC in the United States seeks a Director of Quality Assurance for Engine Component Repair Services (ECRS). This role leads site Quality Managers, drives regulatory compliance, and shapes a cross-functional quality program across repair locations to protect safety and customer outcomes.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, build capable teams, and ensure continuous improvement while

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• Minimum 12 years of aerospace quality, repair/overhaul, or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum 7 years of people leadership, including multi-site quality leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deploy the ECRS segment quality strategy and improvement roadmap across repair locations.
• Lead site Quality Managers, strengthen succession and capability, and govern quality across the segment.
• Partner with segment leadership to communicate performance, risks, and recovery plans.
• Ensure FAA Part 145 and other aviation regulatory compliance across locations.
• Drive audit readiness, corrective actions, and effectiveness reviews to prevent repeats.
• Use quality metrics to improve first-pass yield, doc discipline, and defect prevention.
• Lead responses to customer concerns, investigations, and containment actions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to improve process capability and documentation.
• Establish enterprise-wide quality governance and data standards across ECRS sites.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, regulators, and certification bodies.
