Job summary

Chromalloy seeks a Director of Quality Assurance for Engine Component Repair Services (ECRS) to lead quality strategy and site governance across repair locations. You will drive regulatory compliance, product integrity, and continuous improvement while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to safeguard airworthiness.

You will mentor site Quality Managers, ensure audit readiness, and escalate risks to executive leadership to protect customers and the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 12 years of progressive aerospace quality, maintenance/repair/overhaul, repair-station, manufacturing, engineering, or operational leadership experience.
• At least 7 years of people-leadership experience, including leadership of site Quality Managers or a multi-site quality organization.
• Demonstrated experience with FAA Part 145 repair-station operations and applicable aviation regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and deploy the ECRS segment quality strategy, priorities, operating rhythm, and improvement roadmap across repair locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop site Quality Managers; strengthen succession and capability.
• Serve as the senior Quality partner to segment leadership and communicate performance and risks to executives.
