Franklin Group is seeking a Director of Property Management & Support Systems to steer the technology ecosystem supporting multifamily properties. You will bridge Operations, Compliance, Accounting, Marketing, IT, and Property Teams to align systems, workflows, and data with business goals.

You will lead governance, system integration, training, and performance excellence across Yardi, RealPage, RentCafe, Nexus, and related platforms to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Property Management, Operations, or related field.
• 7–10 years of leadership in property management technology or operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and major software implementations.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for property management systems and operational technologies.
• Provide enterprise-wide oversight of Yardi, RealPage, RentCafe, Nexus, and related platforms.
• Lead the Property Management Support team and establish service standards.
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Accounting, IT, Marketing, HR, and Executives.
• Oversee training programs, onboarding, and certification for system users.
• Lead analytics, dashboards, and process improvements driving efficiency and compliance.
• Support acquisitions, transitions, and rollout of new technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance reviews.
