Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in property operations, systems, or cross-functional operations support.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or player-coach leadership role.
• Proficiency in system governance, reporting, and change management.
• Familiarity with enterprise property management software (e.g., Yardi).
• Bachelor’s degree or related certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the Business Systems & Services strategy to support current operations and enable scale.
• Own and maintain enterprise frameworks including the Business Systems Framework and Tech Implementation Framework.
• Translate executives' direction into actionable roadmaps and priorities for the team.
• Supervise and coach system admins, project managers, and training staff.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain training content for new hires and system rollouts.
• Oversee roadmap planning and technology implementations.
• Lead change management initiatives with stakeholders, reinforcing adoption.
• Ensure clear data governance practices across core systems.
