Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive property management or multifamily leadership experience.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Experience leading maintenance operations and vendor partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and accountability.
• Experience with tech-enabled processes and KPI scorecards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a growing residential property portfolio.
• Oversee financial management, including AR/AP, rent reconciliations, and reporting.
• Manage maintenance operations, vendors, bids, contracts, and improvements.
• Develop and implement systems, processes, and scorecards for scalable growth.
• Coach and developProperty team members to uphold service standards.
