Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience managing multiple properties or communities.
• Knowledge of leasing, collections, resident relations, inspections, and turnover processes.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for a multifamily apartment portfolio.
• Conduct inspections and address maintenance, safety, service, and turnover needs.
• Ensure lease compliance with policies and community standards.
• Serve as primary contact for resident questions and escalated issues.
• Coordinate maintenance, residents, vendors, and turnover priorities.
• Manage rent collections and delinquency follow-up.
• Maintain leases, notices, files, and Rent Manager documentation.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Assistant Property Managers and staff.
• Coordinate communication among residents, maintenance, vendors, leasing, and office staff.
