Qualifications

• Experience bridging field operations and corporate finance in construction or similarly complex projects.
• Strong ability to translate field cost data into strategic financial insight for executives.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own project cost control across multiple construction projects, including budgeting and cost coding.
• Monitor cost-to-complete, earned value and schedule performance; drive corrective actions.
• Develop rolling forecasts and annual budgets for the project portfolio.
• Prepare board-level reporting with KPIs, margin analysis and portfolio risk summaries.
• Collaborate with accounting on WIP schedules and revenue recognition; support month-end close.
