Job summary

DynaTen Corporation in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Manager of Accounting & Financial Planning to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across projects. This role partners with executives, operations, and accounting to drive profitability and strengthen internal controls.

Responsibilities include developing financial models for capital investments, monitoring project performance, and ensuring timely management reporting in a SOX-enabled environment. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 10+ years of construction industry finance or project accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and internal controls.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Monitor project financial performance and report to leadership.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and capital investments.
• Oversee WIP reporting, revenue recognition, and SOVs.
• Coordinate audits and ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Mentor Finance Analysts and project accountants.
