KTA-Tator, Inc. is seeking a Director of Finance and Project Accounting to lead project accounting, financial performance analysis, and ERP optimization. You will collaborate with executives, operations, and accounting staff to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.

The role offers a path to senior leadership including CFO potential, with a hybrid schedule at the Pittsburgh headquarters. Expect cross-functional impact, process improvements, and strategic finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in progressive accounting/finance, preferably in project-based services.
• CPA and/or MBA are a plus, Oracle NetSuite ERP experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of government cost accounting and ERISA preferences.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over project accounting and financial performance analysis.
• Monitor project performance, including WIP, profitability, and trends.
• Partner with BU leaders and PMs to improve understanding and results.
• Lead initiatives to improve accounting processes and automation.
• Optimize NetSuite and other tools for reporting and decision-making.
• Support M&A due diligence and opportunities.
