Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the accounting and finance function supporting the organization.
• Direct the preparation and review of periodic financial statements, management reports, project financial reports, and related analyses.
• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger activity, reconciliations, billing, receivables, payables, and project-related accounting.
• Maintain effective procedures surrounding financial controls, reporting accuracy, project cost tracking, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee job cost accounting and monitor labor, materials, subcontractor, equipment, and other direct and indirect project costs.
• Review work-in-progress schedules, project profitability, cost-to-complete information, committed costs, and job-level financial performance.
