Job summary

Girls Educational & Mentoring Services seeks a Program Director to lead direct services for sexually exploited girls and young women, from crisis intervention to long-term holistic programming. You will supervise a diverse team, ensure program quality, measure outcomes, and strategize new services to help participants exit exploitation and achieve goals.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will oversee risk, compliance, and budgets while coordinating with funders and stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Eligible to supervise MSW staff/interns.
• Extensive knowledge of trafficking and gender-based violence.
• Experience with program development and evaluation.
• Strong writing and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan the Programs aligned with organization mission and goals.
• Organize program activities and ensure compliance with policies.
• Staff the programs and oversee volunteers and trainees.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and report to Senior Team.
• Monitor program quality and conduct quarterly evaluations.
• Prepare Board updates and communicate with funders.
