New Door Ventures, a nonprofit serving disconnected youth in the San Francisco Bay Area, seeks a Program Director to lead growth and refine our Employment and Education programs.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee a team of program staff, strengthen evaluation and outcomes, and manage a $3.5M annual budget while collaborating with partners across the sector.
