Rebuilding Together Minnesota is seeking a Program and Construction Director to oversee high-quality repair services for low-income homeowners in the Twin Cities Metro area. The role requires 5-7 years in residential construction management and 3-5 years leading field teams, with a Minnesota license or plan to obtain it.

The position is hybrid, with ~3 days/week in the field and in our co-working space, reporting to the Executive Director as part of the senior leadership team.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of residential construction management experience.
• 3-5 years leading project management professionals.
• Minnesota Contractor’s License exam or plan to pass within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and assist with conflict resolution.
• Build relationships with clients, volunteers, and partners.
• Manage subcontractor bidding, sign agreements, licenses, permits, and inspections.
• Coordinate budgeting, grants, and funding applications.
