Restoration Network, Inc. is seeking a Director of Construction to lead our reconstruction department and a team of 4–5 Project Managers in Maple Grove, MN.

The role focuses on building a scalable division to support rapid growth toward multimillion-dollar milestones, with a strong emphasis on workmanship and financial performance. The right candidate will develop people, drive accountability, manage job costing and forecasting, and uphold high standards of customer experience while expanding

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing Project Managers.
• Strong understanding of job costing, WIP, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to read project financials and understand profitability.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Reconstruction Project Managers.
• Guide PMs through processes, systems, and expectations.
• Train PMs to become stronger leaders and project managers.
• Maintain Restoration Network's standards of workmanship across all projects.
• Oversee projects from approved scope through completion.
• Drive project schedules and keep jobs moving.
• Review WIP, job costing, budgets, and forecasting.
• Monitor project profitability and protect gross margins.
