You will coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and adherence to project specifications, while providing timely updates and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Set expectations regarding budgets and timelines; schedule the work and create schedules.
• Notify clients, subcontractors, and suppliers of start and delivery dates; provide weekly updates.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare reports for clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements; manage quality control and inspections.
