Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Camden, AR, seeks a Sr. Specialist, Program Management to oversee all phases of a defense program from proposal through completion.

You will drive cost, schedule, and technical performance, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and maintain the IMS and program plan to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires the ability to obtain a security clearance and travel up to 15%; a Bachelor’s degree and extensive relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from proposal development through completion.
• Drives program execution to achieve business and financial objectives for orders, revenue, profit, and cash flow.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance for designated program.
• Assists with customer contact for program activities, leading review sessions with customers for all aspects of proposal development, negotiations, and execution.
• Assists with program support, production, and supply chain teams to ensure on time and on budget deliveries.
