For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager, AI-Powered Security Operations to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will shape the strategy and execution of an AI-driven product experience designed for high-tempo security and operations environments. You will partner closely with customers, sales, engineering, AI, and UX teams to define solutions that reduce cognitive load, improve decision-making, and strengthen market leadership. The position blends product vision, market insight, and cross-functional delivery in a complex B2B setting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution
• Engage directly with customers and sales to drive product creation
• Research and analyze market trends and competitors
• Gather and prioritize product ideas while maintaining strategic roadmaps
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and UX teams for feature design and development
• Drive the creation of product features that enhance market leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in AI/ML, Workflow Automation, or Robotics
• Deep understanding of SOC/GSOC or high-tempo operations centers like logistics or 911 dispatch
• Experience with Vision Language Models (VLMs), Generative AI (LLMs), or Agentic frameworks
• Knowledge of trade-offs in AI design: retroactive validation vs. forward reasoning
• Proven track record of designing complex B2B interfaces that minimize cognitive load
