Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Director of Product Management for Hereditary Cancer to lead portfolio strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management. The role partners with R&D, Operations, and Market Access to drive forecasting, pricing, and go-to-market execution.

The director will leverage AI-enabled insights to accelerate analysis and cross-functional coordination while ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance across global diagnostics offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in healthcare product management or portfolio strategy.
• Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree (MS/MPH/MBA/PhD) and 5+ years in genetic testing, hereditary cancer, or oncology.

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle strategy, forecasting, and roadmap development.
• Apply domain expertise and regulatory insight to drive profitability and portfolio growth.
• Monitor scientific and regulatory developments to inform portfolio direction.
• Lead business cases with market sizing, growth projections, and cost estimations.
• Serve as commercial representative across scientific, operational, and market access teams.
• Manage strategic partnerships to expand capabilities and revenue streams.
• Articulate product vision to partners and internal teams.
• Represent customer voice in committees and pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing on differentiation and go-to-market strategy.
• Lead readiness for launches and acquisitions.
