ClearGov is hiring a Director of Product & Solution Marketing to elevate product marketing from execution to platform-level strategy. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this leader will define how a 13-product portfolio is positioned, packaged, and brought to market across cities and districts.

This is a leadership role with autonomy and access to the executive team, leading a team of four and growing the function as needed. Remote and flexible work options are available in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Significant product marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS, at Director or Senior Director level or similar scope.
• Experience owning go-to-market or commercialization strategy across multi-product portfolios and multiple segments.
• Pricing and packaging experience, including bundling and launch pricing.
• Track record translating customer, market, and competitive insight into strategy and growth.
• People leadership, building and elevating a product marketing team.
• Strong partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing leaders in mid-market or enterprise sales.
• Executive presence with ability to align stakeholders and communicate strategy to executives.
