Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Director of Product Management for Analyst Experience. You will own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes across analyst workflows, leading up to six PMs.

Ideal candidates have a deep background in analyst-facing security operations products and experience migrating large enterprise customers to new platforms. You will collaborate with SOC teams, data platform groups, and UX to deliver a unified, trusted analyst experience, while traveling up to 15% for customer engagements

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management at enterprise SaaS or security companies.
• 3+ years leading and managing product managers.
• Experience owning an analyst-facing security operations product.
• Led large migration or deprecation programs for enterprise customers.
• Product experience with large-scale data platforms and graph timelines.
• Set a single vision across several product areas and align teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with executives and customers.
• Willingness to travel up to ~15% for engagements and planning.
• Shipped AI or agentic product experiences; familiarity with SOC workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define how analysts should work in the Singularity Platform and write the narrative connecting multiple components into one experience.
• Unify assets and entities across data domains into a single model used by all analyst workflows.
• Lead migration plans for legacy customers to the new analyst experience; plan tooling and timelines.
• Hire and develop a team of product managers; ensure PRDs and roadmaps meet strategic goals.
• Engage with SOC analysts, MSSPs, and security leaders to validate assumptions and observe investigations.
