Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Director of User Experience for the Purple Autonomous SOC to define and scale the UX across data-rich security products. You will lead a senior design team, shaping long-term UX vision while influencing major product initiatives, ensuring an agent-first, coherent, and trustworthy experience for security teams in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Design or UX
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven UX leadership for complex B2B or SaaS platforms
• Strong background in UX architecture and system-level design
• Understanding of agentic automation and its impact on design
• Experience with cybersecurity/observability/DevOps products preferred
• Familiarity with security workflows (alert triage, investigations) preferred
• Experience defining enterprise design systems at scale preferred
• Experience supporting multi-product or platform-based organizations preferred
• Background in high-growth, fast-scaling product environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve end-to-end UX for the Autonomous SOC
• Establish cohesive interaction model and information architecture
• Own long-term UX vision; align with product management
• Lead system-level design thinking for new interaction models
• Ensure consistency, scalability, accessibility, usability across ecosystem
• Lead design org; mentor senior designers and ICs
• Hire and retain top design talent; foster accountability
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Threat Research, Exec Leadership
• Advocate for design at leadership level; communicate strategy with execs
